Shayne is an associate with Hyatt & Stubblefield, P.C. where his practice focuses on assisting developers of condominiums, planned communities and destination resorts in complying with federal and state land sales laws and regulations in the interstate marketing and sale of subdivided land and condominium units.  Shayne has substantial experience in advising clients on compliance with the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, state land sales regulations, and the Fair Housing Act, and has established strong working relationships with HUD and state regulators to allow him to achieve clients' business objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Shayne received a B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1986 and his law degree from Regent University Law School in 1998.  He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Real Property Section.

Shayne and his wife, Jessica, have two children and reside in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
