Marian is an associate with Hyatt & Stubblefield, P.C. She works with developers of condominiums, master planned communities, resorts, and clubs, assisting in the creation of condominium and community association governance documents, contracts for the sale of property to builders and the public, and other aspects of community development. A graduate of Stanford University (B.A., 2000), she earned her J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 2004.
She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and ULI - The Urban Land Institute.
Marian chose the practice of community association law as her profession because of the opportunities it presents to participate in the creation of something tangible and lasting. In her free time, Marian enjoys traveling, sewing, photography, interior design, farmers markets, and antique and thrift shops.
